In-person Tours

  • Prices apply from 18 and up.
  • Tours are half-price for children between 13-17 and free of charge for children 12 and under.
  • All tours are private. Please contact in advance for large group tours.
  • While all tours will be conducted with the highest standards of safety, please purchase overseas travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Please see below for cancellation fees after tour bookings are confirmed.

7 - 14 days prior to tour date = 25% of tour fare

4 - 6 days prior to tour date = 50% of tour fare

3 - 2 days prior to tour date = 75% of tour fare

1 - 0 day prior to tour date = 100% of tour fare

Cancellations due to an emergency

Please contact us with detailed information if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We may ask you to provide documentation.

Virtual Tours

  • Please be aware that virtual tours will be group tours.
  • Prices apply from 13 and up. (Free of charge for children 12 and under.)
  • Tours will be conducted on Zoom.
  • Please set the Zoom with your actual name when you log in so other participants can call you easily.
  • Please book for the number of participants of the tour. You cannot have 2 people join a tour book for 1 person.
  • Please be sure to have internet connection as the tour will be on Zoom.
  • We recommend using a laptop, tablet or other devices with a screen larger than a smartphone as the tour will be done with screen sharing for a movie.
  • Please be aware that visuals and audio may cut out depending on the connection. We cannot provide any technical support in the case if the tour recipient’s connection is faulty. Please be prepared and join the tour in an environment with secure internet connection.
  • If tours cannot be conducted due to faulty connections, tours fares will be reimbursed.
  • Guests with working connections who choose to leave tours will NOT be reimbursed.
  • We may use recorded footage and photos for promotional purposes.
  • If you’d like to familiarize yourself with Zoom beforehand, you can test your microphone and video on the website below. https://zoom.us/test

Tours may be cancelled due to unexpected conditions. If in such a case a tour is cancelled, you will be fully reimbursed for the tour fare. In the case where both parties agree on an alternative date, tours may not be cancelled but rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

 

3 - 6 days prior to tour date = 50% of tour fare

2 days prior to tour date = 75% of tour fare

No show = 100% of the tour fare

Rescheduling

You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (also add or remove guests) within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before the experience is scheduled to start.

If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.

Cancellations related to identification
Some experiences require the primary booker to provide ID before attending. If you don’t complete this process within 3 days of purchase, the entire reservation will be canceled and fully refunded.
Cancellations due to weather
If the weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the experience, the host may cancel the experience. In which case you will be fully refunded.
